Will Mundinger is a founding partner and Senior Managing Director of Crow Holdings Industrial. He oversees site selection, predevelopment, consultant coordination and construction of CHI’s development initiatives in the south central and southeast United States. Will has worked for Crow Holdings affiliated businesses for over 15 years with extensive experience in development, entitlements, financing, acquisitions/dispositions, financial structuring and underwriting. Prior to Crow Holdings, Will was with Cousins Properties in Dallas where he focused on mixed-use development projects.
Will is active in the community and a member of several organizations including The Real Estate Council, University of Texas Real Estate Finance & Investment Center, and The Salesmanship Club of Dallas.
Will earned a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and lives in Dallas with his wife and three children.
