Trey Cudney, CPA, is Director of Accounting at Crow Holdings. He leads accounting and financial reporting and partners with FP&A, Treasury, Capital Markets, and business leaders across Crow Holdings’ diversified investment platform. Trey has been with Crow Holdings since 2021 and previously held the role of Vice President and Senior Controller before being promoted to Director of Accounting in 2026.

Prior to Crow Holdings, Trey was Assistant Controller at Clarion Partners, where he directed accounting for a $20 billion industrial REIT with more than 600 investments across 25 U.S. markets. He also worked in Assurance at Moss Adams and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Postlethwaite & Netterville, now EisnerAmper, with experience spanning real estate investment accounting, audit, GAAP, internal controls, forensic accounting, business analysis, and financial modeling.

Trey received a B.S. in Marketing from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He also holds a B.S. in Accounting. Trey is a member of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, reflecting his ongoing engagement with the accounting profession. He has also served as a guest lecturer at SMU’s Cox School of Business on the real-world applications of accounting.
