Susan Bailey is a Director in the Investor Coverage group at Crow Holdings Capital. She has been affiliated with the firm since 2008. Susie has participated in multiple capital raises for various CHC real estate-related funds and is currently involved in new strategy development.
Susie began her career at Crow Holdings Capital as a member of the analyst pool and was promoted to Head Analyst. She also worked as an Asset Manager in the Multifamily group.
Susie received a B.B.A. degree in Finance from The University of Texas. She is currently a member of PREA (Pension Real Estate Association) and serves as an Associate Council Member of the University Of Texas Real Estate Finance & Investment Center. Susie is also a member of the Investment Advisory Committee for the Texas Women’s Foundation and is an Associate Leadership Council alumnae of The Real Estate Council.
