Scot Davis joined Trammell Crow Residential in 2006 and is responsible for all business aspects of the Gulf Coast Division, including management of all development functions, construction oversight and project capitalization. During his tenure, Scot has been directly involved with the development of nearly 11,000 units, dispositions and refinancing activities, all totaling more than $2 billion.
Prior to TCR, Scot worked as a development associate for Dwayne Henson Investments, Inc., an affordable housing developer. Before transitioning to development, Scot served as Audit Manager for N. F. Smith & Associates and as Senior Accountant for Arthur Andersen LLP. Scot received a B.B.A. degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
