Robbie Brooks joined TCR in 2014 and is responsible for sourcing and executing all new development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior to joining TCR, he served as Senior Vice President for Jefferson Apartment Group, overseeing site acquisition, development, and construction activities in Washington D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. Previously, Robbie worked as a Development Manager at JPI where his responsibilities included underwriting new developments, securing project entitlements, and managing design implementation. In his career, he has supervised the development of 15 rental and for-sale communities with a total capitalization in excess of $1.1 billion. Robbie is a graduate of the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, holding a B.A. degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A. degree with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA).
