Randy J. Pace, CPA, served as the Chief Financial Officer and a national partner at Trammell Crow Residential, beginning in 1987 and until his retirement from full-time employment in 1998. In those positions, he served an integral role in strategic planning for TCR, which led to two initial public offerings in 1993-1994 and multiple mergers with existing public Real Estate Investment Trusts in 1997-1998. He began his tenure at the company as the CFO for TCR’s East region. Prior to his service at TCR, Mr. Pace was employed as a tax specialist in the Atlanta office of Grant Thornton and as Assistant Treasurer – Corporate Acquisitions for Cronus Industries in Dallas. Mr. Pace began his career as a tax manager specializing in real estate for Arthur Anderson & Co.

In addition to serving on Crow Holdings Development’s Advisory Board, Mr. Pace sits on TCR’s Advisory and Investment Committees. He served on the Interfaith Housing Coalition from 1998 to 2001, as a commissioner of the Dallas Housing Authority 2002-2004, and on the board of the Cole Corporate Income Trust public REIT from 2011 to 2015, which merged with Select Income REIT.

Mr. Pace graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1973. An avid golfer, in 2006, Mr. Pace played all of Golf magazine’s 2005 Top 100 golf courses in the world. He and his wife Amy live on St. Simons Island in Georgia.
