Matt Owen is a Vice President on the Capital Markets Team team at Crow Holdings Industrial. He has been affiliated with the firm since 2019. Matt supports CHI regional offices with all debt and equity efforts nationwide and is involved in strategy development related to new and current committed capital account initiatives.
Matt began his career at CBRE as an analyst within the Debt & Structured Finance group in Houston, Texas before being promoted to Senior Financial Analyst on the Multifamily Investment Sales team in Dallas, Texas. He was also an associate within the CBRE Wheel Program.
Matt received an M.B.A. degree from Rice University, as well as an M.R.E. degree and B.B.S. degree from Texas A&M University. He is currently a member of Eastside Community Church where he serves on the Launch Team, Connections Team, and Kids Ministry Team. Matt has also been an owner of two Pure Barre studio franchises alongside his wife, Marissa, since January of 2017.
