Mark Baranski is a Vice President/Development Manager at Trammell Crow Residential’s Northeast division in Boston. He has been affiliated with the firm since 2016. Mark has developed, or is in pre-development, on over $500M in new development since joining TCR and manages the development team from Due Diligence through Certificate of Occupancy.

Mark received his M.S. in Real Estate & Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where his thesis was published in Real Estate Economics. Since 2008, he has served as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University and the Wentworth Institute of Technology, teaching finance and real estate development to both undergrad and graduate students. He also serves as a mentor for students at MIT’s Center for Real Estate.
