Kevin Bryant is General Counsel of Crow Holdings and is responsible for all legal matters and tax planning. He also is responsible for the structuring and formation of the CHC-managed funds. Kevin has been with CHC-affiliated entities since 1997. He chairs CHC’s Due Diligence Committee and sits on the CHC Investment Committee.

Kevin began his legal career at Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP, where he focused primarily on commercial real estate, corporate finance, and partnership law, and worked extensively with real estate and private equity funds. Prior to that, he was with Arthur Andersen & Company where he became a certified public accountant. Kevin received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University, where he graduated with honors.

Kevin is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable Tax Policy Committee and the Real Estate Council. He served on the Board of Real Estate Council and as Chair of the Public Policy Committee and the PAC Board. He has published various tax articles and co-authored several books, including the Partnership Tax Practice and Planning Guide, the Annual Tax Planning Guide for S Corporations, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies, Matthew Bender’s Tax Return Manual, and The Depreciation Handbook, published by Matthew Bender.
