As General Counsel of Crow Holdings, Kevin Bryant is responsible for all legal matters and tax planning. He also is responsible for the structuring and formation of the Crow Holdings Capital and Maple Capital Management funds. Kevin has been with Crow Holdings and affiliated entities since 1997. He chairs CHC’s Due Diligence Committee and sits on the Crow Holdings Capital and Maple Capital Management Investment Committees.
Kevin began his legal career at Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP, where he focused primarily on commercial real estate, corporate finance and partnership law, and worked extensively with real estate and private equity funds. Prior to that, he was with Arthur Andersen & Company where he became a certified public accountant. Kevin received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University and his J.D. degree from Oklahoma City University, where he graduated with honors.
Kevin is on the Board of Uplift Education and The Real Estate Council, Chairs the PAC Board, and is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable Tax Policy Committee and the Executive Committee. He also served as Chair of the Public Policy Committee. He has published various tax articles and co-authored several books, including the Partnership Tax Practice and Planning Guide, the Annual Tax Planning Guide for S Corporations, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies, Matthew Bender’s Tax Return Manual, and The Depreciation Handbook, published by Matthew Bender.
