Crow Holdings

Kent Leung is a Strategic Advisor and member of the Corporate Strategy and Investments Group of Crow Holdings. He has been affiliated with Crow Holdings since 2020. Kent is focused on the pursuit, evaluation, and execution of various corporate initiatives including strategic investments, mergers & acquisitions, programmatic joint ventures and partnerships and other new business opportunities.

Prior to joining Crow Holdings, Kent was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley where he spent over nine years in the Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group. He began his finance career in the Global Real Estate & Lodging Group at Citi Investment Banking. Kent has executed REIT and real estate-related transactions totaling approximately $100 billion in value spanning the range of corporate M&A, property portfolio sales, IPOs, public and private capital markets, acquisition bridge financing, restructuring, and other special situations.

Kent holds a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics & Computer Engineering from Queen’s University (Canada). He is a member of the Advisory Board of Everest Healthcare Properties, a private healthcare real estate investment firm.
