John Holland is Senior Managing Director of Crow Holdings Industrial and works for mission achievement and platform growth through focus on enhanced capabilities, strategic market penetration, culture fortification, and collaborative teamwork. John joined Crow Holdings Industrial in 2016 after 30 years with Trammell Crow Company and CBRE. He began his business career with Shell Oil and was recruited to Trammell Crow Company in 1986 as a Dallas Office Leasing Agent. His responsibilities evolved as a leader with Trammell Crow Company and CBRE, culminating as Executive Managing Director of one of the firm’s largest and most profitable trade areas, South Texas – Louisiana.
John earned a B.B.A. degree in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Texas. He and his wife have two grown children and he is an avid adventure skier and outdoorsman. He is past Chair of the Rise School of Houston, which provides early childhood development for children with disabilities. He also serves on the University of Texas MD Anderson Board of Visitors and its Clinical Advisory Committee.
