Cody Armbrister is the Senior Managing Director in the Office Development Group of Crow Holdings Development, where he is responsible for leading CHD’s office development business.  These responsibilities entail site identification, design, construction, development, partner origination and capitalization along with growth of the business in select strategic markets nationally.

Prior to joining CHD in 2020, Cody was with CBRE where he was the Senior Managing Director of the Houston market. During his tenure at CBRE, Cody expanded the company’s reach across the Greater Houston market in nearly every service line including advisory & transaction services, debt & structured finance, capital markets, healthcare services, property and facilities management, project management, and valuation.

Cody is a leading expert in office leasing and development. At CBRE, he was involved in some of Houston’s most notable developments including Hess Tower, Energy Center Three, Four and Five and Noble Energy Center One and Two,  completing more than 700 office leases totaling more than $3.25 billion in value.

Cody is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business. He is a past member of NAIOP – Houston, an executive member of the University of Texas Real Estate Center, and the past Co-President of The Children’s Fund. Cody is the recipient of multiple awards and recognitions, including Houston Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitter” designation and Forty Under 40, CoStar Power Broker, and Real Estate Forum’s “Tomorrow’s Newsmakers.”
