Carlos Rainwater is responsible for all of CHC’s Office, Hotels and Land investment activities. Carlos is a member of the Crow Holdings Capital Investment Committee. Carlos has been associated with CHC and CHC-affiliated entities since 1988 and has served in various roles, including Controller for the Trammell Crow Company DFW Office Group.
Prior to joining CHC and CHC-affiliated entities, Carlos was with the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Company in Dallas, Texas for three years.
Carlos currently serves as a Board member on the Advisory Council for the Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business. He is also a current member of the Urban Land Institute. Carlos received a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
