Position Summary
Crow Holdings seeks a highly skilled professional to work with the Chief Executive Officer executing across a broad portfolio of activities including strategic planning, business development, client engagement, operational initiatives, and organizational events and activities. This is an exciting opportunity to broaden exposure and understanding of all parts of the business. The successful candidate has a high level of analytical and quantitative competency, flexibility, organizational adeptness, global awareness and curiosity, drive, adaptability, commitment, is an exceptional communicator, and has a strong desire to learn. This role is based in Dallas, TX and requires some travel.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist CEO in the execution of strategic planning, business development, operational initiatives, and organizational activities, ensuring alignment with the firm’s vision and long-term goals
- Build strong working relationships with leaders across the firm, developing exceptional knowledge of departmental priorities and challenges
- Drive internal alignment across investment teams, business development, and operations leveraging understanding of broader goals and initiatives.
- Effectively represent the firm’s interests with external stakeholders; provide support and lead follow up efforts to facilitate continued engagement and execution with potential and current partners
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis; provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across a variety of markets and industries for senior executives and external partners
- Evaluate and shape investment opportunities in new or emerging verticals presenting to senior executives and developing execution strategies
- Oversee critical projects across entire life cycle, communicating progress and ensuring timely completion of key deliverables
- Prepare materials and presentations for meetings; capture and follow up on all action items
- Provide strategic support during domestic and international trips, maintaining in-depth summary notes for detailed evaluation
- Remain current on industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for firm’s growth and improvement
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance or related fieldrequired; MBA, JD, or advanced degree encouraged
- 3-5years of relevant industry experience in a strategic or operational role
- Proven track recordof managing fast-paced projects with complex deliverables; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to cultivate trust and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Clearly understand andeffectively represent the culture, interests and priorities of the firm
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills; highest attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent and direct communicator with ability to maintainconfidentiality and discretion
- Representthe company with highest level of integrity; professional and diplomatic in all actions
- Demonstrate continuous curiosity, engagement, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence
- Domestic and international travel required
