Position Summary


The position reports to the Program Manager of the Old Parkland campus owned by Crow Holdings. The successful candidate will be a pro-active team player who will support a number of Campus Services, including the Design team, the Event team, company senior executives, and mail room receivables.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Work with Design team to pick up/deliver art/artifacts, fixtures, material samples and other items
  • Work with Warehouse supervisor to uncrate and inspect shipments
  • Work with Hospitality/Event team to help with removal and replacement of furniture, rentals, general event preparation and other items, after hours when required
  • Assist with Mail Room receivables occasionally
  • Maintain company vehicles, including routine service
  • Support Chairman’s office with errands as requested
  • Assist with office moves – directly and at times supervising moving companies doing the work, after hours when required

Desired Skills & Experience


  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to handle artwork and artifacts with care; prior work experience with art is a plus
  • High integrity and discretion
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to lift furniture and work outdoors at times
  • Light construction or handyman skills desired
