Stephanie Hill is the Vice President of Development of the Northern California Division at Trammell Crow Residential. She has been affiliated with the firm since 2015. Stephanie has participated in the entitlement, capitalization and development of in-fill and mixed-use multifamily projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Stephanie previously worked in strategic real estate and urban economic advisory services. She also worked in the public sector in affordable housing finance.

Stephanie earned a B.A. degree in Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in City Planning (M.C.P.) from the University of California, Berkeley. She is currently a member of San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
