Nick Pellico is Vice President of Crow Holdings Industrial and is responsible for site selection, predevelopment, construction, leasing and sale of industrial development projects in the Western U.S.
Prior to joining Crow Holdings Industrial in 2021, Nick was Senior Vice President of Investments at Penwood Real Estate Investment Management, where he opened the firm’s California office and focused on the sourcing of acquisition and development opportunities in Southern California. Prior to Penwood, Nick worked on the investment team for KTR Capital Partners, where he sourced and closed the acquisition and development of more than $1.0 billion of industrial product on the West Coast. Prior to that, Nick worked at CBRE where he was responsible for underwriting investment opportunities in multiple markets across the country.
Nick graduated cum laude with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
