Gillian Sutton Cho is the Chief Operating Officer of Crow Holdings, where she is responsible for driving operational effectiveness and efficiencies across the enterprise, and for business development, talent, technology, marketing, and finance. She also sits on the Maple Capital Management Investment Committee.
Prior to her role as COO, Gillian served as a Managing Director in Trammell Crow Residential’s Northern California division, where she was engaged in multifamily and mixed use development activities in the Bay Area, and as a Vice President of Development at Extell Development Company in New York City where she worked on large-scale mixed use development projects in Manhattan. Gillian started her career at Bain & Company in their London and New York offices advising clients in the US, UK, and continental Europe on corporate strategy, organization, and operations.
Gillian obtained her B.A. degree from New College at the University of Oxford and her M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School.
