Cynthia Maus joined Crow Holdings Capital in 2015 and is a member of the Portfolio Management & Investor Coverage Group. Her primary role is currently focused on leading new business and growth initiatives for CHC’s real estate business.
Prior to joining CHC, Cynthia served as a Principal at Park Hill Real Estate Group in New York City from 2006 to 2015. During her time at Park Hill, she participated in many aspects of the business, including sourcing and executing new mandates, initiating and maintaining coverage of institutional investors, and contributing to Park Hill’s strategic business plan.
From 2002 to 2004 Cynthia served as an Investment Banking Analyst for Credit Suisse First Boston’s Real Estate Private Funds Group in New York City, where she assisted in underwriting prospective clients, drafting offering memoranda and management presentations, and facilitating the due diligence process in marketing to institutional investors.
Cynthia received a B.B.A. degree in Finance and Marketing from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Virginia.
