Charlotte Calhoun is a Vice President in the Investor Coverage Group of Crow Holdings Capital. Her responsibilities include investor coverage, including current and prospective investor relationship management, strategic initiatives, and business development.

Charlotte began her career in the Economic & Valuation Services group at KPMG where she performed real estate valuation analysis for a wide variety of property types. Charlotte has also held positions at Goldman Sachs where she focused on multifamily development and acquisitions across the United States. Most recently, Charlotte served as the Director of Business Development for Nickson Living.

Charlotte received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
