Bogdan Viktor Shulga is a Vice President in the Partner Solutions investment program of Crow Holdings Capital, which provides customized liquidity solutions to property operators, real estate fund sponsors, and institutional investors.

Bogdan joined CHC in 2022 with over 10 years of industry experience, having invested over $7 billion in direct and over $800 million in indirect real estate strategies. Prior to joining Crow Holdings Capital, Bogdan spent two years with Goldman Sachs in the Merchant Banking Division where he helped execute real estate acquisitions, including the sourcing, structuring, and negotiation of debt and equity transactions in the U.S. and Mexico. Prior to that, Bogdan was an Investment Manager at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, where he was involved in the acquisition and asset management of over $12 billion of industrial, office, multifamily, and retail assets across the U.S. and Mexico. During his tenure at ADIA, Bogdan was involved in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and asset management across all product types, as well as both direct and indirect debt and equity strategies. Bogdan began his career as an Acquisitions Analyst at Northwood Investors, where he performed transaction underwriting as well as due diligence and was involved in over $200 million in direct real estate investments.

Bogdan received a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors in Finance and Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
