Vice President, Data Insights

Position Summary

The Vice President, Data Insights will help build an information management capability for the enterprise, empowering the firm to utilize data as a source of competitive advantage and enabling better and faster decision-making. This individual will work closely with business leaders across Crow Holdings to implement key growth and infrastructure initiatives.

Primary Responsibilites

  • Lead complex, cross-functional project implementations to deliver projects on-time and on-budget with high levels of stakeholder buy-in and user adoption across the firm
  • Partner with teams across the business to identify gaps in current systems and processes and proactively work to generate and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with teams to aggregate, clean and ultimately utilize data to conduct new analytics and drive enhanced reporting
  • Effectively interface with business leaders and team members across the business to build credibility, drive change and overcome obstacles
  • Take an enterprise view in supporting systems and data architecture and in evaluating, selecting and implementing systems, processes and strategic relationships

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years at a management consulting firm or in a high-visibility corporate project leadership role
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and move others to effect change
  • Highly analytical and process-oriented, strong project management skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented
  • Flexible and adaptable with excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills
  • Highly self-motivated and action-oriented, able to execute efficiently and to drive results
  • Commercial real estate experience a plus
  • Strong technical skills a plus o Knowledge of data governance and architecture approaches
    • Knowledge of Microsoft analytic tools Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot and VBA
    • Knowledge of and experience with reporting and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), programming (SQL, Python, XML, Javascript)
    • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
