Risk Management Analyst
Position Summary
The Risk Management Analyst is responsible for the production of evidence of insurance, monitoring of insurance compliance, maintaining location schedules, invoicing, and placement and monitoring of routine surety bonds. This role is based in our Dallas office.
Primary Responsibilites
- Generate true and accurate Certificates of Insurance
- Interpret contract obligations to determine compliance with insurance requirements
- Facilitate bond placement and monitor billing and cancellation
- Maintain a detailed schedule of values to include COPE data
- Review proposed contracts for compliance with established requirements
- Generate and distribute internal invoices
- Provide assistance to all divisions with regard to insurance
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Accounting, Insurance, Risk Management, or Business preferred)
- 3-5+ years experience in risk management, insurance agency, or insurance brokerage
- Previous experience in the construction and real estate industry preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of development processes, property operations, and financial modeling
