Paralegal

Position Summary

Trammell Crow Residential seeks a Corporate Paralegal in Dallas, TX. The Paralegal supports the Legal Manager and Vice President of Legal in performing all necessary functions relative to real estate development transactions.

Primary Responsibilites

  • Assist with filing Formations, State Qualifications and Amendments when necessary
  • Collaborate with outside counsel on various transactions
  • Draft Partnership Agreements and Amendments
  • Run name searches and request name approvals
  • Upload and maintain ownership information on hCue database
  • Process and route Legal Invoices
  • Assist with drafting and signing W-9’s
  • Assist with providing organizational documents when necessary for closings
  • Assist with coordinating documents, confirming signature blocks, reviewing resolutions and officer certificates, routing for execution, notarizing documents (when necessary) and sending off executed closing docs for closings either by FedEx, Special Delivery or electronically

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with real estate legal transactions
  • Proficient with all Microsoft business applications
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines, maintain flexibility
  • Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality
  • Highly motivated, always prompt and prepared
