Marketing Associate


Position Summary

Crow Holdings Capital – Investment Partners (CHC-IP) develops and maintains relationships with ultra high net worth Partner Families, advising them on ways to protect and grow generational wealth, and providing superior on-demand Partner Family service.

The marketing associate is a high performing marketing executive who helps execute marketing and branding initiatives of CHC-IP Investment Partners. The role is within the Partner Relations team and reports to the Director of Marketing. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of projects that support strategic business development as well as broader branding initiatives. Professional interpersonal skills and a stewardship mentality are required as there is significant collaboration with all levels of the team. Superior writing skills are essential.

Primary Responsibilites

Marketing Materials and Collateral

  • Develop and manage a broad suite of marketing materials including investor presentations, pitch books, and internal and external reports
  • Work with business development, advisory and investment teams to create and edit marketing collateral
  • Update materials on an ongoing basis

Event Planning & Management

  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to organize and manage client-related and internal events
  • Leverage SalesForce to determine customized invitee list and use email marketing tool to distribute invitations, download open rates and RSVPs, and send follow-up and reminder emails
  • Work with Crow Holdings event and catering teams to plan and finalize event space, AV needs, menu and other relevant items
  • Execute external event sponsorship. Send required information, order sponsor gifts, invite external/internal guests as required
  • Work with leadership team to coordinate and support community relations initiatives

Email Marketing

  • Design layouts and create email templates in StoneShot (email marketing platform)
  • Troubleshoot platform related issues or create new capabilities with vendors
  • Download customized email distribution list from SalesForce and confirm list with advisory team
  • Evaluate analytics to determine and track campaign success

Thought Leadership Content

  • Develop and manage pipeline of thought leadership content. Write investment strategy white papers, market updates and investment manager Q&As
  • Manage Compliance approval process


  • Spearhead SalesForce related projects with outsourced SalesForce admin team
  • Maintain SalesForce data integrity through collaboration with investment and advisory teams
  • Create SalesForce reports to make data-driven marketing decisions

Website & LinkedIn Management

  • Post new content and maintain integrity of website and LinkedIn
  • Post job descriptions

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for project results
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; adept at running multiple projects concurrently
  • Basic knowledge and experience of using SalesForce
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as Hootsuite or StoneShot preferred
  • Basic HTML coding is a plus
  • Highly proficient in Word, Power Point, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Intermediate experience of corporate design and branding
  • Strong interpersonal skills, stewardship mentality, and ability to quickly build credibility and relationships with professionals at all levels of the organization; motivate others to engage and participate with materials and initiatives
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all records and data received and produced
  • Minimum of 5+ years of marketing or communications experience required, preferably in investment or wealth management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a liberal art subject preferred
