The Finance Director will be responsible for all financial functions including accounting, tax, treasury and FP&A for the enterprise and for coordinating and aligning the finance teams across the Crow Holdings’ businesses. This is a hands-on, tactical leadership role requiring strong experience and judgment to help bring a fresh perspective to existing processes and reporting. It involves mentoring, coaching and building teams and the skillset and willingness to roll up sleeves and work with teams to push things forwards. The Finance Director will report to the COO and will work closely with business leaders and teams across the firm.
