Position Summary

Crow Holdings Capital seeks an experienced professional with capital raising expertise focused on high-net-worth individuals and retail investors. The successful candidate excels at building relationships with investors, demonstrates excellent judgment and adaptability, and has proven success in exceeding competitive capital raising goals.

Primary Responsibilites

  • Build new and enhance existing relationships to increase the firm’s exposure within the high-net-worth individual investor community and among related intermediaries, including RIAs, broker-dealers, wirehouses, family offices and digital platforms
  • Lead new business development presentations to prospective investors and intermediaries, including and coordinating with key firm stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate the firm’s product offerings, investment philosophy, and value-proposition; strategically position the firm against industry competitors
  • Position complex strategies to a wide range of investors, including intermediary platforms, central/national constituents and individual financial advisors
  • Drive highly consultative and solutions-based discussions around real estate investor needs
  • Inform Crow Holdings product development goals and help to drive long-term business development strategy, with specific focus on and applicability to individual investors and related intermediaries
  • Partner with and establish collaborative working relationships with investment team and portfolio management to leverage industry reach and access
  • Exceed aggressive capital raising goals through demonstrated work ethic and tenacity required to achieve top performance

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of business development/capital raising experience
  • Series 7 and 63 required within 90 days of employment
  • Experience working in FINRA regulated firm required
  • Strong relationships with and experience calling on RIAs, broker-dealers, wirehouses, family offices and other individual investor distribution channels with demonstrated sales effectiveness and quantifiable track record of success; enjoys interacting with external investors and expanding relationships
  • Deep experience with alternative illiquid investment products, real estate product expertise preferred
  • Established credibility and strong reputation amongst individual investors and related intermediaries; high EQ
  • Demonstrated career history of loyalty and tenure with continued growth and success in roles of increased complexity and responsibility
  • Demonstrated judgment and adaptability, intellectually sharp, decisive and agile, able to thrive in a collaborative team environment and culture
  • Considered a “trusted advisor” with a professional, patient and calm demeanor
  • Entrepreneurial by nature and passionate about building a business; highest level of integrity and character
  • Creative, resourceful and driven, an intelligent risk taker who does not grow complacent with success
