TCR is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to focus on processing existing development pursuits and to assist with new target opportunities. This position will report to the Managing Director in TCR’s Northeast Office. The position focuses on the ground-up development of market-rate multifamily rental projects. The Development Manager serves as the primary interface between construction and development internally and with external project teams from early deal stages through construction, lease-up and sale. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with numerous roles from underwriting potential new developments to processing existing opportunities. The ideal applicant will have 5-10 years of experience processing multifamily developments in the Northeast; experience with the zoning and permitting processes, prior experience working with architects, engineers, general contractors and other consultants is strongly desired.
