Position Summary

The Corporate Recruiter will join a growing Talent Development team and manage full-cycle recruiting across the enterprise. This individual will be a steward of company culture and work closely with business leaders to enhance the continued growth and development of the firm.

Primary Responsibilites

  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to develop and understand position requirements and demonstrate a strong understanding of business needs to fill a variety of roles across the enterprise including multiple product and geographic markets
  • Establish a well-defined recruiting practice, including setting expectations for the recruiting timeline, developing a communication plan for updates, sourcing active and passive candidates, reviewing resumes, building interview teams, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, extending job offers and negotiating terms
  • Leverage employee referrals, online resources, and networking to source and identify talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with a broad external network to build a warm bench of talent and allow the business to expedite the timeline for backfill positions
  • Ensure a high level of candidate engagement throughout the process and a consistently positive candidate experience
  • Develop a passive candidate strategy to identify individuals who could be high potential team members
  • Support enhancement of on-campus recruiting for intern and analyst programs
  • Develop an on-campus recruiting program for critical functions (e.g. construction)
  • Work with Talent Development to codify and scale recruiting best practices to proactively strengthen talent pool and stay abreast of evolving talent acquisition strategies
  • Partner with business units and the marketing team to create a suite of job descriptions for consistency across the enterprise
  • Develop and maintain a recruiting metric dashboard for internal reporting

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, filling entry-level to executive level roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships and recruitment efforts at multiple organizational levels across multi-state locations
  • Experience with leveraging technology and tools to maximize efficiencies
  • Real estate or private equity industry experience a plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and establish relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Highly self-motivated and action-oriented, able to execute efficiently and to drive results
