Associate Advisor

Position Summary

Crow Holdings Capital – Investment Partners (CHC-IP) develops and maintains relationships with ultra-high net-worth Partner Families, advising them on ways to build and protect generational wealth, and providing superior on-demand Partner Family service. The Associate Advisor role provides support to our primary client relationship managers, ensuring an exceptional client experience, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, and utilizing analytical skills to assess and report portfolio performance. Strong communication skills and a pro-active approach are essential for success, as is absolute team orientation in support of the Partner Families.

Primary Responsibilites

  • Provide analytical and operational support to Advisors
  • Prepare accurate and deliver timely reoccurring monthly reports, ad hoc reports and portfolio reviews to Advisors
  • Assist with coordination and execution of family office projects and other services for clients (i.e. tax, trust and estate, insurance, real estate, and lending in conjunction with outside service providers and family office professionals)
  • Perform wealth management tasks to include portfolio risk and allocation analysis, trading, modeling, research, cash flow and statement analysis, financial planning, direct deal analysis, performance monitoring, market and economic analysis, and ad hoc analysis
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of each client portfolio (including outside investments and operating companies) and proactively elevate information to Advisors
  • Review and manage client data in close relationship with reporting team and outside service providers
  • Review and summarize investment communication and updates from client’s non-CHC-IP investments to include: hedge funds, private equity, and real estate
  • Partner internally with Advisors and Relationship Managers to ensure proper account maintenance and orderly onboarding of new clients
  • Attend, when appropriate, and document client meetings and quarterly reviews, provide notes and follow up activity to Advisor, and ensure completion of all tasks within team
  • Maintain knowledge of, and proactively provide updates to Advisors on, all client portfolio investments
  • Manage compliance approval process for external materials

  • Highly proficient in Excel and Power Point, Addepar or other performance reporting tools, and NetX or other custodial and trading platform tools
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication
  • Provide proactive service in coordination with Advisors and Relationship Managers
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all records and data received and produced
  • Bachelor degree – Finance or economics major preferred
  • 2 years of financial industry experience at a broker/dealer, bank, or RIA
  • Undergraduate GPA of 3.5
