Position Summary


The FP&A team of Crow Holdings is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to capture, analyze and report financial information supporting key stakeholders, including senior executives, board of directors and owners. This opportunity is uniquely positioned to gain working knowledge of all the business lines across the enterprise in addition to the shareholder’s view of the business. This is a hands-on, data centric role looking for a professional who will be enthusiastic about working in a fast paced, growing, and dynamic business.

Primary Responsibilities


• Work with the FP&A team and business operation teams to gather, analyze, and interpret financial reporting, metrics, and other data of investments; establish reporting requirements and cadence to support enterprise and owner level reporting deliverables
• Synthesize data intake across diverse reporting platforms utilizing available technologies and leveraging finance, accounting, and technical skills to prepare and reconcile quarterly investment reporting including, but not limited to balance sheet, income statement, capital account statements, distributions, capital calls and waterfall calculations. Maintain processes and procedures assuring data integrity.
• Key role in the architecture and deliverable of reporting analytics supporting Liquidity Management and Business Modeling
• Assist in various standard reporting and ad-hoc projects for enterprise-wide and individual shareholders requiring commitment to accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality
• Participate in building system tools, processes and controls that are both scalable for efficiency and highly reliable for completeness and accuracy

Desired Skills & Experience


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years experience executing high accountability work products with high degree of accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to draw insights from data – understand scale of relativity and reasonableness of numbers to tell a business story
• This role requires extensive use of business intelligence, research, data mining and aggregation. Strong knowledge of spreadsheets and data mining
• Displays versatility and resourcefulness in an environment of rapid growth and shifting priorities
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office suite (Proficient in PowerPoint)
• Microsoft D365 F&O and Power BI experience is a plus
