Position Summary


The Salesforce Administrator will manage all functions of the Salesforce CRM for Crow Holdings Capital. This includes day-to-day oversight of account maintenance, configurations, reporting, workflows, troubleshooting, and user training. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3-5 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role, and demonstrate strong initiative, organizational skills, and desire to improve the Salesforce user experience across the business. This role is based at Crow Holdings headquarters in Dallas, Texas, but may have flexibility as a hybrid/remote opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Manage all administrator functions, including but not limited to account maintenance, configurations, reporting and dashboards, troubleshooting and workflows
  • Oversee complete Salesforce life cycle, including planning, design, development, configuration, and integration with other applications used across the business
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy within CRM database
  • Collaborate with team to understand company’s current Salesforce process and workflow; lead training for new users and enhance skillset of existing users
  • Adapt Salesforce management approach to business needs; research and champion best practices across users
  • Troubleshoot and investigate system issues, working with Salesforce and users as needed to resolve issues
  • Implement advanced fields, including but not limited to pick list, validation rules, workflows, assignment rules and field dependencies

Desired Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3-5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience required, experience with an investment management company a plus
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
  • Role is based at Crow Holdings headquarters in Dallas, Texas, but may have hybrid/remote flexibility
  • Demonstrates strong initiative to improve existing solutions, systems and processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while ensuring high quality deliverables and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across cross-functional teams, adapting to evolving business needs
  • Builds and maintains relationships, inspires trust amongst internal and external stakeholders
