Position Summary


The FP&A team of Crow Holdings is seeking a Financial Analyst to capture, analyze and report financial information supporting key stakeholders, including senior executives, board of directors and owners. This opportunity is uniquely positioned to gain working knowledge of all the business lines across the enterprise in addition to the shareholder’s view of the business. This is a hands-on, data centric role looking for a professional who will be enthusiastic about working in a fast paced, growing and dynamic business.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of quarterly reporting data for strategic investments
  • Assist the finance team in the bi-annual reporting process for all investments of the enterprise as well as select investments of the shareholders. The process includes gathering fair market values and ownership details of investments to support the enterprise and shareholder net asset values
  • Assist in various standard reporting and ad-hoc projects for enterprise-wide and individual shareholders requiring commitment to accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality
  • Assist/enhance existing quantitative analysis, including tracking investment returns, performance attribution, business modeling and portfolio stress testing
  • Maintain knowledge of, and proactively provide updates to the Finance Team on strategic investment activity and performance
  • Participate in building system tools, processes and controls that are both scalable for efficiency and highly reliable for completeness and accuracy

Desired Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years experience executing high accountability work products with high degree of accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability to draw insights from data – understand scale of relativity and reasonableness of numbers to tell a business story
  • This role requires extensive use of business intelligence, research, data mining and aggregation. Strong knowledge of spreadsheets and data mining
  • Displays versatility and resourcefulness in an environment of rapid growth and shifting priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office suite (Proficient in PowerPoint)
  • Microsoft D365 F&O and Power BI experience is a plus
