Position Summary


Crow Holdings seeks a Corporate Paralegal to join our in-house legal department. This is an in-office role at our Old Parkland headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Maintains corporate records, including ownership information and litigation records
  • Drafts and files corporate entity formation documents
  • Drafts corporate consents and governing documents
  • Performs research on historical information regarding corporate entities and assets
  • Assists with closing of transactions
  • Reviews and processes legal invoices

Desired Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years’ on-site experience with corporate legal transactions preferred
  • Highly motivated, always prompt and prepared
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which will enable the candidate to foster relationships with people at various levels in a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent attention to detail; must be skilled in reading, proofing and interpreting contracts
  • Understand the material implications of agreements and demonstrate the ability to explain these implications
  • Must be willing to take “ownership” of projects and think proactively
  • Ability to identify and analyze complex issues and devise solutions and strategies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize numerous assignments with a service-oriented attitude coupled with a team approach
  • Strong desire to learn the business and function integrally as part of an interdisciplinary team with an uncompromising focus on both minimizing legal risk while driving business growth and delivering a high level of customer service
  • Positive demeanor, with a willingness to tackle matters outside of areas of expertise
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task, excellent work ethic and commitment to managing assignments with professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook; electronic document review and signing skills
