Position Summary

Crow Holdings Capital seeks an associate to join the portfolio management real estate team. The Portfolio Management team is responsible for portfolio and fund level management and reporting to internal stakeholders, current investors, and prospective investors.  This position is organizationally aligned with the portfolio management team and this individual will be responsible for successfully delivering on critical portfolio management & valuation related projects to support the portfolio management team as well as the broader enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and analyze various financial reports, including but not limited to balance sheet, income statement, capital account statements, distributions, capital calls, and waterfall calculations
  • Assist in performing in-depth fund analysis, performance analytics, and scenario testing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, including Investment Committee, Investor Relations, General Counsel, Compliance, Asset Management, Analysts and external Fund Administrators
  • Assist in managing the valuation process of current funds
  • Identify best-practice and scalable system processes and controls for improved efficiency

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office Suite
  • CPA a plus
  • Highly analytical and process-oriented, strong project management skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented
  • Flexible and adaptable with excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
