Position Summary
Trammell Crow Residential (TCR) seeks an Asset Management Coordinator to support the Dallas-based Asset Management team. This role will be based out of Florida and has the option of a remote position. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a team-oriented, collaborative approach to their work.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with property sale due diligence and coordinate request for proposal (RFP) processes
- Assist with third party management set up of soon-to-be-opened assets
- Create and/or maintain simple Excel spreadsheets and or Word document presentations
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Coordinate document flow and route for appropriate signature and next steps
- Expense reports and tracking of invoices
- Oversee contracts, checklists, property inventory lists with 3rd party property management
- Field questions and calls to the Asset Management team
- Work closely with legal and risk management to obtain certificates of insurance, approvals, etc.
- Knowledge of project floor plans, interior concepts and various information on assets
- Review and update marketing materials in conjunction with marketing departments
- Review and pull various reports (financial, leasing, market/submarket)
- Pull and summarize resident satisfaction survey results
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in related field; multifamily experience a plus
- Basic understanding of financial operating statements and cash flows
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Proficiency in Yardi and Smartsheet a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, SEM, SEO and PPC a plus
- Team-oriented, shows ownership of assigned tasks; works well independently and collaborates effectively with other team members
