Crow Holdings Realty Partners III, L.P. (“Fund III”)
In October 2003, Crow Holdings commenced its third fund, with total commitments of $596 million, including Crow Holdings’ commitment of $150 million.  Fund III invested in 50 transactions with gross investments totaling more than $1.9 billion (including co-investments).  Consistent with prior funds, Fund III was a multi-product fund that invested in 23 different markets.

Crow Holdings Realty Partners IV, L.P. (“Fund IV”)
Crow Holdings is actively investing its fourth fund which held its final closing in April 2006.  Fund IV has total capital commitments of $846.5 million, including Crow Holdings’ commitment of $150 million.
