Crow Family Holdings Realty Partners, L.P. (“Fund I”)
Crow Holdings created its first fund in February 1998, investing $75 million of its own capital for a total fund size of $281 million.  Fund I invested in 46 transactions with gross investments totaling more than $2.8 billion (including co-investments).  These investments were highly diversified across five asset classes in over 25 different markets.

Crow Holdings Realty Partners II, L.P. (“Fund II”)
In March 2000, Crow Holdings closed its second fund which had capital commitments of $365 million including Crow Holdings’ investment of $75 million.  Fund II invested in 48 transactions with gross investments totaling more than $1.2 billion (including co-investments).  Once again, these investments were diversified across five asset classes in over 25 different markets.
