Crow Holdings believes that its broad deal sourcing network and experienced staff of real estate professionals will allow it to create a portfolio of investments that is diversified by property type, geography, investment size and risk profile.  These private real estate equity funds are intended to provide investors with a vehicle for building a diversified real estate investment portfolio. 

Crow Holdings places a premium on preserving investor capital and aligns its interests with its partners by investing on average 22% of the equity contributions to each of its funds.  Accordingly, Crow Holdings maintains a philosophy of focusing on the best available risk-adjusted returns and maintaining conservative capital structures.
