Crow Holdings is constantly evaluating the real estate markets in order to deploy capital where it believes the best opportunities can be found on a risk-adjusted basis.  Crow Holdings seeks investments in each of the following asset classes:

Retail
Crow Holdings primarily seeks investments in affluent and dense neighborhoods with high barriers to entry in major markets across the United States.  Crow Holdings generally invests in grocery-anchored retail centers, strip retail centers and community centers ranging in size from 50,000 to 600,000 square feet.

Industrial
Crow Holdings' industrial investment strategy is focused on multi-tenant, warehouse buildings at in-fill locations.  These assets should be located in primary markets experiencing strong population growth.  In addition to acquiring existing warehouse space, Crow Holdings seeks to develop warehouse and industrial parks on a select basis.
