The Dallas Real Estate Group manages the Dallas based assets that the Crow Family owned prior to the formation of its real estate fund business.  These assets include the Apparel Mart, Design District and land in the Las Colinas Urban Center.

Apparel Mart
The Apparel Mart is part of an overall campus that was developed over 40 years ago.  This area affords a unique opportunity for new development within the Stemmons Freeway corridor given its high visibility and direct freeway access.  The existing structure is being demolished and Crow Holdings is evaluating options for the highest and best use for the site.
