Medical City Dallas is a fully integrated healthcare facility of approximately 1.5 million square feet located on a 33 acre campus in North Dallas. The facility is considered the first Medical Mall developed in the United States completely devoted to the integration of inpatient and outpatient services, patient and physician convenience, and staff productivity. The complex houses a tertiary hospital of 699 beds leased by Columbia/HCA, integrated outpatient ambulatory centers, an inpatient rehabilitation service, cancer, neuroscience, craniofacial and cardiac centers, a private physicians office building, 3 atriums, 24 retail shops and 5,000 parking spaces.
