Design District
The Design District consists of 21 buildings totaling 520,000 square feet.  Most of these buildings were originally developed beginning in the late 1950s.  Crow Holdings recently received approval for the formation of a Tax Increment Financing District in the Design District.  Crow Holdings believes this will encourage the redevelopment of this area into a mix of uses, including residential, retail and restaurants. 

Las Colinas Urban Center
Las Colinas is a planned community which has been under development since the early 1970s in Irving, Texas, about ten miles northwest of downtown Dallas.  Its central business district is the Las Colinas Urban Center.  Crow Holdings currently owns 70 acres of land and is evaluating opportunities to develop or sell a portion of the land for residential and other uses.
