Kevin Bryant
Mr. Bryant has overall responsibility for the legal matters, tax planning and structuring, and government relations at Crow Holdings. Mr. Bryant is responsible for overseeing the structuring and formation of real estate funds and he chairs the Due Diligence Committee. Mr. Bryant has been with Crow Holdings for over nine years. Mr. Bryant's legal career began at Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP, where he focused primarily on commercial real estate, corporate finance and partnership law, and worked extensively with real estate equity funds. In addition, Mr. Bryant's career started with Arthur Andersen & Company where he became a certified public accountant.
He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University where he graduated with honors. Mr. Bryant is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable Tax Policy Committee and the Real Estate Council. Mr. Bryant has published various tax articles and co-authored several books, including the Partnership Tax Practice and Planning Guide, the Annual Tax Planning Guide for S Corporations, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies, and The Depreciation Handbook, published by Matthew Bender.
