Gina Norris
Ms. Norris is responsible for managing the portfolio of direct investments in private operating businesses at Crow Holdings.  These are businesses in which Crow Holdings owns minority or controlling interests, and they operate in various industries including wholesale trade marts, coatings and insurance, among others. Ms. Norris’ responsibilities also include oversight of Crow Holdings' international real estate portfolio.  Today, Crow Holdings has partnerships in Belgium, Germany, Brazil and Chile, each run by local partners with local market expertise.  Ms. Norris joined Crow Holdings in 2000.  Her prior experience includes over 15 years in banking at First Chicago Corporation and Bank One Corporation where she was a corporate banker and financial advisor to Fortune 1000 and middle market companies in the Southwest and Rocky Mountain regions.  In 2000, Ms. Norris earned a designation as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). 

She holds an MBA degree in finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University.  She is active in The Trinity Commons Foundation, the Central Dallas Association and the Dallas Chapter of Financial Executives International.
