Daniel Feeney
Mr. Feeney has overall responsibility for all of the industrial investment activities at Crow Holdings. Mr. Feeney has been with Crow-affiliated entities for 14 years. Before joining Crow Holdings, Mr. Feeney ran the Trammell Crow Company National Retail Office in Dallas, Texas.  Prior to his experience at Trammell Crow Company, Mr. Feeney headed acquisitions for Combined Properties in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Feeney was a partner in the Northeast region of Trammell Crow Company where he managed development, marketing, construction, property management, and accounting for shopping centers totaling 3 million square feet prior to his experience at Combined Properties.  Additionally, Mr. Feeney’s experience includes practicing law for 3 years with Frank, Bernstein, Conaway, and Goldman (Ballard Spahr) in Baltimore, Maryland. 

Mr. Feeney received a B.S. Degree in History from Towson University and received his law degree from the University of Baltimore.  Mr. Feeney is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Real Estate Council, National Association of Industrial and Office Park Owners, and the Maryland Bar Association.
